Where is John?
I have pepper plants in the pots at my porch leaves are sticky and a lot of white lines and white. Spots.i like to use organic spray please let me know what can be done.
I would empower that compost with worms.
Asian garden 2 table also has lots of flowering brasicas where you eat the flowers and stems the healthiest part of brasicas. Also if the choys etc goes to flower they are edible as well.

In PR grow everything there all year around.
I recommend you go to Puerto Rico University in Rio Piedras. Experimental garden. You can make a good video they have good teachers.
