  1. Tried them to see them in person still not as good as low voltage led and the “warm” color wasn’t what I expected so I returned them. I will say, not bad for the price, but not the results I wanted. Thanks doc!

  2. how you get them in the ground secure without banging a hammer on the top & breaking it ?????

  3. Those first Walmart lights he is talking about are pretty bright but after a year they got water in them and fogged up as the gasket is cheap and doesn't seal very well. They won't stay on more than 3 hours in the winter, maybe 8 hours on in the summer. They are nice for evening and early night but not overnight. They are like a spot flood light as they do have a certain lighting area. I use them for lighting up my small trees in front of the house. Still not bright as an actual wired light but better than the cheapos.

  4. I agree, I always pass on landscape lights because they're too bright white and not that warm yellow.

  5. is there a brand preference??? No affiliate link available to see what brand you are using. Presumably able to be purchased on Amazon

  6. The "spot" has to bright settings, high and low, wish you would of done the differences between both settings, but like always,
    Great review and thank you.

  7. YESSS DADDYY with another clutch vid on my weird yard related questions. 😂😂

Anyway the one potential concern I have with solar powered anything is the actual ability of these products to keep a charge. I don’t want to spend $60 on some lights that barely output light after a full day. It seems like these do a great job of staying on when they need to. Im just concerned with getting the right shaped lights for depending on the platform (ie, wall lights for the side of the house vs lights for the deck stairs).

  8. I'm interested in solar lights in case we have another power outage here in Florida due to hurricanes. Hurricane Irma left me with six days of no electric. I thought I would die of heat. I used a very expensive flashlight, aimed at a white ceiling indoors which reflected beautifully. The flashlight held it's batteries until the 6th day, and I used it probably for four hours a day. But I would like some solar lights that I can pluck out of the yard and use inside also if needed. Plus, I wouldn't mind some lights in the back yard. Thanks for the demonstration.

  9. Imo warm white/lower k suits entertainment areas.
High cri or usually more neutral lights good for security purposes.
Good review. Hope they serve well long term.
The resin in the solar panels can go white/cloudy on some lights but I have heard of them being recovered by a clean then clear coat spray.
    I have tried it successfully.

  10. I just ordered a 950 lumen with 50 LEDs. I'm still waiting for product arrival. Once I get it, I'll test it. I've seen people's images and they said it's bright, floody, and throws a good distance

  11. Dude , you either just hollow aerated your lawn or you've had those spikes in and out like 100's of times 🤣🤣

  12. Hey Doc, great video. Love your channel. Unrelated question…what kind of sunglasses are you wearing? They look pretty cool. Thanks!

  13. Recently i purchased Biling 30 LED Solar Landscape Lights Spotlight, i also love the warm white color, more of a natural color yellowish, i love these lights, im about to get 8 more, thank u sir for ur video's.

  14. Thanks for this video. Can you leave these lights out all year? I bought some about 5 years ago and I loved them. They would be covered in snow and were still shining through.

  15. Thank you doc!
