Hello! My name is Bethany and I grow things in my rooftop container garden in Chicago. In this video, I’ll go over how I grew giant zinnias in my container garden.

I've always admired your white terra cotta herb pots. Did you paint them yourself or did you buy them. I cannot find white terra cotta pots as large as yours. Where did you find them?
I haven't tried that variety, but I just might now! Soooo pretty! This year I grew the State Fair Mix from Burpee and they were pretty prolific too. Like you, I started some indoors and others I direct sowed, and I didn't notice much of a difference in how well they did. I also grew the queen lime red variety and WOW – very prolific and absolutely gorgeous. I've saved lots of those seeds for sure.
Very good video👍
Very good 😇
If I plant Zinnias now in March I’m in San Antonio Tx zone 9 I believe when can I expect them to bloom? I want to plant things that i can see bloom by spring/summer time also what’s the process of the small seedling trays and then when and how do you transfer to a bigger container? Also what size container
you should cut flowers and then you would get more flowers
How many stems per plant please?
I want your hat!💮
I’m planting Zinnias for the first time ever this year and I am really looking forward to watching them grow. I’m a YouTube gardener too. Thank you for sharing this video. It’s very helpful to me. Thanks fo teaching me something new. I hope we can learn more from each other.
Very very beautiful flowers
Thanks for sharing ☺️
They will be taller when planted close to each other, reaching for light
Blessings! What happen to Zinnias y fall and winter?
How you manage not get powdery mildew?
