  1. Just curious, do you think a stainless steel container system is possible? I know it would likely be more expensive, but wanted to consider a non-plastic option. I'm not even sure what I could find that may work. Thanks!

  2. I just found you on my for you page on tik tok. I was so intrigued by you videos but there are only two of them. I went to your page to follow you can you please link your youtube in your bio. You inspired me so much I got up this morning looking on youtube for info on how to grow hydroponics in five gallon bucks and am so happy that I found you on here…..and theres a ton of videos🎉🎉🎉. Im sure I will be spending the next few hours learning what I can from your videos because I am dying to grow my own veggies but I live in a third story apartment and the family below me complain when I used to water my garden so I harvested what I could and killed off my garden and abandoned the idea because I could water anymore but now that I see your method, im inspired to try it this way. Just know Im looking forward to seeing more videos. Do you have a book I can buy by chance??? Thank you so much for sharing. Im happy to know your in florida, me too so we are dealing with a similar climate. I feel like I scored big by finding your videos.

  3. So do I use the 2" black growing cups in each of these holes or did you use pool noodles or something – new to the channel and wondering. I have some buckets all hooked together on a 10' board and have them filled with medium – grew celery like crazy – but a pump and tubing, etc., etc. Just want to get started again without all the electricity – thanks!

  4. Hello I tired to use the code kog2 but it doesn’t work is there a reason why thanks

  5. Good video! Will check out your others. I am 78 and I can still handle a drill. Was going to invest in a shelving and lights system for growing inside. But this would be good for winter and summer. I have been learning to grow a garden outside for the past few years. Just 10 x 10 but I have been more successful the more I try.

  6. I have an indoor tomato. I clipped some branches off and have rooted them in water. Do you have experience with this. What are my options with those rooted branches? How to feed if I keep them in water? I have been using Kelp, fish emulsion, bioplasma homeopathic.

  7. Love your videos thank you! We keep a large garden in Michigan but I’ve struggled with the greens so want to try your methods on the deck this summer. What I’m concerned about is how sunny and hot the deck gets, should I plan on putting up the sun shade fabric to keep my plants cooler or will they be ok because of the constant water?

  8. There's no flavor in growing in water. We might as well buy from the grocery store.

  9. Appreciate you! Who cares about what the critics say. If they don't like it they don't have to watch the channel. Keep upthe great work.

  10. You are just the most sensible one on here about it. I can't/won't spend $700 on a grow tower when I've never had anything like it in my life. So you're probably a good one to listen to 😜😜😜. First of all: you're sensible to me. ✌️✌️✌️✌️

  11. This is very intriguing. I have the garden tower container,s but not the bottom part for doing the actual hydroponics, I just filled mine with soil hahha

  12. Any cheap alternative ideas for the true, continuous expense, of this, or any hydroponic system, the nutrients?
For many, including myself, the financial addition of having to continuously purchase nutrients, just isn't possible unfortunately.

  13. Everytime I watch your videos I'm inspired. Still 5ft of snow up here, but downspouts I bought from you are wonderful til we can grow volume outside. Can't wait to try out this bucket system. Thank you💖

  14. Thank you!! It's true I would of never considered this method of growing food. If you didn't make it simple to do with less money! I could never understand the ph and all of the technical stuff. It was just too delicate process. With you taking a more simple, less expensive path. Makes it possible and achievable. Thank You many blessings! 🙏 For actually helping us out here to take care of our families and Grow 🪴😁☺️🙏🙏🙏

  15. How expensive and easily available are the nutrients?
if your trying to be self sufficient is there a way to make the nutrient additive yourself so your not reliant on buying them? Thanks

  16. I've started using the Polyethylene Pipe Insulation tubes since I had a half dozen left over from a job around the house. I looked it up and everything I read said it's safe around food. So, I began using them in my Kratky downspouts. I use a pair of scissors to cut 3/4" long pieces of the insulation foam tube made for 1/2" pvc pipe. Cheap and easy, like pool noodles. I prefer using 1" holes in my downspouts as it gives a better seal and less chance for the foam to get knocked out. I use the pool noodles on things that are gonna get large diameter before harvest. Works great on the smallest jars, tupperware, leftover containers, and even the plastic tubs that lettuce and spinach and such comes in from the store (note… must cut the holes daintily! LOL).
