  2. Wow how long does it take to water in your warm weather ? My hubby would never allow all that on the deck,I have to raised beds on the deck

  3. My container broccoli is just about done. I think it's too late to do a second planting.. we break into the 90s, sometimes in March. Have you grown cauliflower? I've tried and it gets partially grown and just stops. frustrating.

  4. You and Gary are such a great team! Always thinking and planning…so inspiring. Keep on giving your wonderful advice and inspiring the masses. πŸ’—πŸ’•πŸ’πŸ’–

  5. Have you tried using banana peels to get rid of your aphids I just tear them into strips and hang them like tinsel on a Christmas tree on my affected plants

  6. Nice to see another video. I started several cool weather veggies (indoors) today, zone 6. I followed your layering advice in a pot today as well. That was for some flower bulbs. I love not using as much potting soil, THANK YOU. I am anxiously waiting for hummingbirds this spring. Have a blessed week.

  7. HI ROBBIE, YOUR PLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL. YES I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW ABOUT THE GENERATOR ON YOUR TABLE. HUBBY JUST STARTED SEEDS TODAY. WE WENT FROM 30 DEGREES 2 DAYS AND FINALLY GOT UP TO 71 TODAY. LOVE YALL ❀

  8. As always. love all your ideas. Tomorrow is going to be 83 and you will find me outside putting up tubing to hold my stakes. I'm so glad Kitty has more broccoli so we can see her sweet little face. She is always the star!

  9. I will be patiently waiting for how to get those birds into the garden to eat horn worms

  10. Who got a big dose of happy gardening time? Was it YOU?!? LOL! Tons of new ideas! We SO appreciate your enthusiasm and sharing your projects and adventures! Even if some of us are in zone 6…it's STILL very interesting and the sheer enjoyment you exude just rolls right through the monitor and gets all OVER us!! Is there anything better than the exploration of new ideas? I don't THINK so! Everything looks MAHvelous, dahling!

  11. I love learning from you. I’ve even started planting in totes and containers but am wondering why you put your lettuce in different containers. Like 1 here and 1 there. Why not all the lettuce in the same container.

  12. Kitty is so precious!! She is patiently waiting for her broccoli I want to know about your device you use for your soldering iron what is it called please?

  13. How beautiful, Robbie. More growing space that is so handy.
I have a front porch and a back porch where I could apply your ideas.
I love hose fabric covered pots.

  14. Thank for sharing your experience . Still learning from you πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

  15. Thank you for sharing your creativity. You helped me with so many budget friendly ideas to grow better. Thanks again for taking the time to put these videos together!

  16. I have chopped down all my banana trees and Papaya tress, on my property and I'm also going to bring down 2 large Mango trees on my property too, I can't wait till this garbage is off my land.

  17. Sweet tour, Robbie.πŸ˜ƒ You have so much growing on in a space most folks would think wasn't big enough to have a garden in. The Deck Garden is a super inspiration!
Thanks for sharing your creative inventions. I love my dressed up pots…they are home to 10 hosta babies. They are colorful and surely will make my neighbors smile as they walk by.πŸ˜„
I'm sure Miss Kitty is inspiring gardeners to adopt garden buddies who love to munch fresh veggies.πŸ•
Miss Kitty loves her collards too. So funny when we would see her in the background sneaking a collard snack.πŸ˜„

  18. Hi Robbie, I tried the pencil box method for starting seeds and it is so easy! Your garden is fabulous. Thank you for sharing. Hugs, Julie πŸ₯°

  19. Hello this was a great refresher video I'm getting so excited to start again. It's been a long winter .Thank you.

  21. Another wonderful video as usual. Thank you Robbie
I was wondering if you have a PO box address because I have a little something that I'd like to send you just to say thank you for all your hard work. Angela X
My zucchinis are looking promising, keep your fingers crossed for me.

  22. I just love listening to your voice explaining how you grow wonderful vegetables and flowers. I hear excitement when you talk about your hummingbirds and all other birds and life creatures that comes to feed, bath and just being. I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you so much! You and Gary are a perfect team with his and hers garden. Love it!

  23. I've got 3 of the large Wal Mart hummingbird feeders that they prefer to drink from. In the late afternoon, my hummers sit 5 to 6 of them at a time. It looks like Hummingbird Happy Hour! πŸ˜€ The 3-seat feeders from Dollar Tree are used a lot, too. I made hummer perches for them that work great using 16-gauge wire. However, for some reason they prefer the large feeders. Go figure! Starting to see more hummers showing up in San Marcos! Yesterday, had A LOT feeding at the same time (12 feeders). Next month should be a crazy busy time during migration in San Marcos. Can't wait!!!!! πŸ₯°

  24. Beginner question…How do you connect the flowers pots that are bottom to bottom in order to make them taller?

  25. It's funny they say we can't direct sow tomatoes in New Jersey because our season is too short. I do start my tomatoes inside, but I ALWAYS have volunteers, I let go just as the summer heat is taking out my "house started" tomatoes. I have tomatoes well into October this way.

  26. Hi Robbie! I'm Robin 😊 (in Pasadena). You're a frugal GENIUS! I just love your ideas. You've inspired me to have the tote garden I'm growing, even with failures, I just keep going…because of your encouragement. ❀️❀️❀️

  27. Thank you for sharing. I love your information. If I can get all the good results that you get, I will be a very happy gardener! Is the tubing 1/4 or 1/2in.?

  28. I was gonna ask you about your portable charger I can’t find a inexpensive one that has an outlet to plug my soldering gun when I’m far away from an outlet, thanks for all your tips and love your garden and hummingbird sanctuary πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎβ™₯οΈπŸ‘
