Southern Living Moon Dance Hydrangea is every bit as good as White Wedding. Linda, those windows look kind of high, so you might want to check that one out. I have both. They are very similar and equally wonderful, but Moon Dance gets a little bigger. I think I prefer the habit of Moon Dance just slightly over White Wedding.
I'm excited to see the hollys in. I assume that all the utilities that are underground have been marked.

Linda your amazing. I sent to you a comment on a previous video regarding your birdhouse at the last house, not sure if you read comments on older videos from months back. I would love to order the birdhouse you have at the old house. May I get that information from you. Thanks. My dad built us one similar but we had to take it down due to age and he is no longer with us but lives on in his craftsman a design of birdhouses.

Wonderful update, Linda. Kayla and Roger are so knowledgeable. Thank you for introducing us to the workers. So often the people who do the hardest work go unrecognized. I know you appreciate them, but many do not. Kayla is so strong. She really gets right in there with the hard work. She’s a true gem. Your plans sound great. Looking forward to seeing them put into place. Are you going to do a straight walkway, or are you going to have it curve? My personal preference would be a curved walkway. It would add so much more character to the cottage and the landscape….and better Feng Shui….better energy. 💕😊
I am so glad you are going to do something with that front room, and that you are getting hollies! They feed the birds without problems hurting birds! The wax on the leaves means they are less likely (still possible) to burn! I am buying a far infrared camera to find out where heat is transferring (to the outside) so I can caulk better and keep the lady bugs out. Why not? I hope you have some kind of pond in the back yard. I hope you have a fireplace as well as the little contraption you have for fires in the back yard. The front yard doesn't need too much shade, please. I love your new shades in the house. Think about Lady Banks white climbing rose with no thorns, which makes so much more sense than pink roses that are climbing with prickles/thorns. The pink rose over the door could be a thornless or prickle-less rose???
I hope you do place a metal fence so anyone can walk and hold onto the fence and not fall down the retaining wall drop. I hope you also plant trees somewhere with food, like mulberries or pears, or even crabapples. Can you put a Snowball viburnum in the front and the back yard? My help in the yard is "Bob" the hubs! We spend hundreds on plants and then thousands on cutting trees down! ($6000.00 so far!)
