Welcome to the No Dig Norfolk Gardener and our no dig/no till garden where we grow vegetables. We garden in zone 9a. Although we grow our veg from our back garden it is very much set up like allotment gardening UK – allotment life. Our passion is vegetable gardening, bigger harvests and no dig gardening. You will see how growing your own food is so easy.

If you have asked yourself the question what should I be doing on the veg plot in March or what are my allotment jobs for March.
In this video, I share what I am doing for productive gardening and go through some of my March garden jobs.

Hey Barry and Mrs W. Exciting time of the year. We had two inches of snow fall overnight here in Somerset with the temperature dropping quite dramatically. Curbing the temptation to begin sowing and planting out can be quite tough although it at least gives the opportunity to get those little maintenance jobs done. Good update and advice.
Blessings and Love to you both :~}
You look to be totally in control. Everything in its place and doing the right thing at the right time.
The blueberry tip was very timely as I'm about to replace the top layer in those pots. There are lots of shoots on the plants so that is encouraging.
Today's snow has put a stop to my garden activities. We never get snow on Gower! (I've heard it said). I'm looking forward to your timeline for tomatoes sowing. I would normally have started this week but the cold snap has made me pause.
Hi Barrie we have tons of snow in kettering do you?😊

You can eat chickweed it’s very good for you lots of vitamins and even some protein. It’s like mild spinach if cooked but can be eaten in salads
