When it comes to cucumbers, you want to harvest them often so that more will come. Though if you wait a little longer, cucumbers can turn yellow and bitter tasting. But some varieties like Salt and Pepper naturally ripens to light yellow. It’s by far my favourite to grow, it’s very productive and not bitter at all.

I LOOOOVE cucumbers! They're one of my favorite fruits — and snacks. 95% of the time, I just add a bit of salt and/or some lemon juice, and I'm good to go. YUM! : )
