Blueberry Bush Maintenance Tips for Edible Landscaping HiRez
Patti Moreno the Garden Girl discusses the proper care and maintenance for blueberry bushes. This is a higher resolution improved edit of an older video.
"Talking to your blueberry bushes"??? How about this important advice you didn't mention: Blueberries HAVE to have a pollinator – meaning you need to plant at least two different varieties. I think "high bush" types don't necessarily though. Also, birds love them, too, so you do have to watch for that.
I didn't know it was so easy to grow blueberries. They may bear fruit, but DARN – THE BIRDS. i just bought a new bush last night and early this morning the birds already ate the first blueberry. Strawberries too, I spent the day trying to make netting over them so I actually get to eat some myself.
I am an avid fan of blueberry bush plants. I strongly agree with your insights and I'm sure that this basic ideas particularly for the said plant will surely help every homeowners to learn fundamental techniques.
Citrus peels are also a great source of acidity for the blueberry plant .. thanks for all your tips .. and yes, I definitely talk to my plants. Love your videos

Loved that I found out how easy they are to grow, and that I can use my pine needles to make the soil more acidic for them. THANKS, you go Girl!!
