I had an assignment to write a reflective paper on a research paper done to study the effect of guided imagery in elderly who suffered mild to moderate depression, combined with walks in a garden. I wasn't sure what guided imagery was and listened to your video. I fell asleep 15 minutes or less through. Thank you. I do have a clear idea now and I will try listening again to the full recording 🙂

  6. A year or so ago, I was looking for some guided meditation to help me not only fall asleep, but stay asleep. I usually have a bit of a time doing both. I listened to a few and they just didn't do it for me. Then I discovered this one. I was usually out before even entering the garden! I hadn't done any guided meditation for a while. I'm not sure why. I found this one again last night. I still had a hard time, but when I did sleep, it was a decent one. I need to use more of yours to find one that is ALL guided meditation. I usually have a problem when it comes to the 1 minute self guided part (or others that are longer). My brain, no matter how concentrated I am on what you are saying, will immediately go to "all tabs open" if I try to do my own. I remember having this problem before now. Thank you for your videos!

Insomniac all my life, I find that if I listen to one of your videos at the end of my day, the very end,when everything else is done and there is nothing but going to sleep, your voice and the sounds, the landscape you create, not only make it so much easier for me to fall asleep, but also to not have nightmares. I know some of us swear by binaurale theta waves etc and kudos to them, but for me, your meditational experience is the best. I even sometimes fall asleep while listening,which for me is a big thing. You make all my physical pains and emotional worries go away, and I end up in a green, calm place. Thank you so much.

Got a bad anxiety that creates so much stress i lost weight cause I felt nauseated every time I ate like I didn't deserve it now the past 3 months since i been listening to your talk downs I been able to calm my mindset alot more still not stress free but you allow me to enjoy a meal without fearing any type of illness I typically make my self believe I have

  16. I wish I could meditate better. I was recently told maybe much of it doesn't work as I have bipolar and serious depression .. I thought they have worked before but maybe that was the relief of sleep or rest. I wish Jason still did this side of things instead of sleep music but I would need someone to tell me where else to look and who comes recommendeded
