Re: 5:33 – …coated with aluminum. Refrain from baking and cooking with any pots, pans, utensils, etc. that contains aluminum. This is because the toxins from the aluminum leach into the food which is one of the contributing factors of Alzheimer's Disease. And even swap out aluminum foil for parchment paper when wrapping a potato for baking, or lining a cookie sheet, etc. Your food will even taste so much better. I don't even use aluminum bowls for my pets. And also never buy pies from a store which were baked in aluminum pie plates. Love the rest of your content though!
Explain coated with aluminum? Aluminum is clearly linked with Alzheimer’s… and I don’t understand your comment as I don’t think copper is coated with aluminum.
I love to cook at home, it gives me the heebie jeebies to think how many hands and fingers have touched the food that’s being served to me on restaurants and don’t get me started on me thinking about how the food is stored, pest control, and on and on lol. I love your cookware!
