    When I think of 1:72 scale I think ‘small’ . Could you imagine the size of the full Yamato in 1:72 scale. Just the turret is one of the largest 1:72 scale model I have ever seen. Beautifully done, the 1:72 scale tanks I used to build would fit in the palm of my hand.

    Kind of an ergonomics(?) comment… The way the aft hatch opens is kind of awkward if someone needed to use the ladder…

    Technically it's a three-gun mount, not a triple-gun mount. With a triple mount the three guns all have to elevate to the same angle, while with a three-gun mount each gun can be independently elevated to different angles.
