  1. I don't know which is more entertaining, yourselves building whatever it is your building or your dogs creating mayhem.

  2. Hello from the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia ❤
We just got the Off-Grid Homesteading Bundle. I hope it's all easily convertible to Metric & Australian Voltage etc
Looking forward to exploring it all with my partner. 😊

  3. Y'all are always just getting things done. Can't wait to see how y'all fill up the window openings. It sure is coming together.

  4. I think it definitely would be interesting to see Day in the life of Tony Shinny 🦋🎈 I love seeing the recipe section being added into your program to that’s really cool💞 I really enjoy watching your family. Grow your Homestead🦋🎈 God bless you all.

  5. Yum, toasted coconut ice cream! Yay, all the lintels are up! Sure, I'd like to see what goes on before and after your work sessions. I liked the big "HI" in the driveway. Oops, lost an egg! It does look very deep when Jonathan is up on the wall laying the bags. Thanks for this video Longnecker family! It's always so fun to watch!

  6. You have done amazing work with every build. Lessons learned, and I know your house will be beautiful. Would you like blue bottles for your home? I'm sure many of us can send them… I loved that square blue bottle for your window. I don't drink but will go to my local restaurants and bars to get exactly what you want. Ashley, everything you do interests me, and I am grateful .

  7. I want to make this suggestion so I'm out ahead of the time this actually happens 😊 When you start to plaster (or render as they say in Europe) your Caca Palace, make the first coat about filling the voids only with a scratch coat or 2 – depending on how much you have to fill. No plaster on the projecting part of the earth bag – just the joints between the bags, the ends (especially the short ones) etc. Some of the really deep holes may take 2 coats. You'll be doing this off a hawk with a pointing trowel (between bags) or float (big holes. Most folks don't realize how much these cement/plaster materials shrink as they dry. The kids can get in on this too. It's not hard and you're not looking for perfection at this point. Once you have the voids filled in – then you move on to your skim coats. I also suggest you buy a good plaster feather edge to use on every skim coat, all the way to finish coat. Then you'll have experience leveling out the humps and dishes with a feather edge before you start your house.😊 I suggest you take a look at your door and see if it is practical to shorten it up by at least two earthbag heights. Seems proportionately that your door is much taller then it has to be. It would be tricky to cut your door frame down, but if you braced it before you cut the top off (to hold the width till you get the top back on) it could be done.

  8. I grew up off grid in the 50's. I am encouraged to see young folks doing it today. It's a Great life 👍

  9. I am always tired after watching you guys work so hard😅but I would enjoy seeing other parts of your day.

  10. Hi, thanks for asking, regards to being interested in what you all do before and after a work day. I personally would be interested and find it interesting.

  11. My gosh this is back breaking job your arms and backs but on u go the pooches getting on well, then u still have to cook and look after animals wish u all strength ❤

  12. Some of those courses are charging on top of us paying for the bundle package. I so far 2 are charging which made me stop trying g to go to any further courses. Want to know which ones they are will be glad to go through all of them and screenshoot to share with you if you have a pkace I can send screenshot. Highly disappointing.if they said free with vbundke phase or $0.00 normally whatever they normally charge fine but nope one wants $15 the other I forgot how much it was.

  13. Yes I think it’d be very interesting to see what goes on before and after your workday. I’ve really enjoyed the cooking clips. They make me really hungry!

  14. Hey, have you guys thought about trying some chicken wire over your earth bags as a substrate so the stucco or cob sticks?

  15. Ice Cream looks soooo good. I love that you're homeschooling your younguns! If I had my kids at home still, I'd have them at home, one way or another! I think that would be a great video, so others could see the process. Your kids are just really smart, kind, fun, healthy, and y'all do so much together. You just don't see that a lot anymore. I still want to check with my land lady about chickens. About 6 would probably do me just fine.. I'd be able to share some. See y'all later!

  16. I have that Cuisinart ice cream maker also. Its the best one I ever had. I tried so many brands and they didn't work. However that one is great and actually works properly.

  17. Am new to your channel an enjoy very much seeing family working together. Am wondering if you ever tried straw bale construction. Would be so much faster and easier then the earth bags and also high R factpr as well. Could make bales from dry weeds in the desert.

  18. You guys are becoming absolute pros at this! It's so fun to see your hard work and creativity unfolding!

  19. Before and after work day videos I think would be fun whatever y'all want to do. It's cool to see all of your setups with your animals as well
