Gardening is a way to slow down, connect with nature, and nourish mind, body and soul

Indoor food gardening is more than just a hobby or a way to save money on groceries. For many people, it’s a connection to the earth and a way to feel grounded in a world that can sometimes feel chaotic and unpredictable. There’s something about tending to plants, watching them grow and flourish, that brings a peace and contentment.

Growing your own food also provides a sense of empowerment and self-sufficiency. When you can produce your own herbs and vegetables, you’re no longer reliant on the industrial food system. You take control of your own food supply and know exactly where your food comes from and how it was grown.

In a world that can often feel disconnected and fast-paced, indoor food gardening is a way to slow down, connect with nature, and nourish mind, body and soul.

  1. Finally hatvesting compilation with this format. With this you still manage to get Bountiful harvest throughout winter. Really cool

  2. Fantastic inside garden wow. How do the tomatoes taste in a system like this? Loks like you made a quick kimchi

  3. Absolutely love your gardens. I have about 30 sq in an Attic helping keep me in herbs and greens until the Spring kicks in outside. Can’t explain how wonderful it feels to pull fresh veg when it’s snowing outside, but watching this vid absolutely gives you that feeling. Thanks!

  4. Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing with us ❤
Which vivosun grow lights do you use and how many of them do you have in your grow tent?
I’m purchasing some of their lights for my grow shielding unit and am wondering how many I’ll need. It’s just a small 4 tier metal shelf. Do you think each shelf tier will need their own light?
    Sorry lots of questions 😅
