We are also going to take a quick look back at the goals and plans we set in episode 1 at the start of march! Did I accomplish my goals… and let’s set some more for April.

  1. OMG I just bought White Goose and Nazematze too! That's a crazy coincidence. I guess I can't have made too dumb a choice if Holly bought them too! 😆

  2. get some traps and learn the art of trapping. A dog biscut with a dolop of hot glue works. then compost them under your fruit trees.

  3. Just starting my very first vege garden. Very nervous and excited! Hi from Brissy!

  4. I adore my Lemon Verbena. I have to touch it every time I do my garden walks (up to 3 x a day 😂). I’ve been using my lemon and lime basils at the end of a dish as a lemongrass replacement. Hadn’t even thought to use lemon verbena. I’ll be doing that from now on 🌱🌻

  5. I love my gooseberries I have 3 I planted from seed 18 months ago. Autumn is busy here too. Trying chicory for the first time, lots of garlic too. Thanks h fb or your weekly show. WA Homesteader 🙏👍🥬🌱🥦🧅🧄

  6. Love the fruit tree list. I counted 27 fruit trees/berries but we have little idea when they all fruit 🙄. I’m with you with spacing in my FF. I pack fruit trees in. I think fruit trees are so beautiful. My only fear is that my raspberries are popping up prolifically 😬. I’m excited about your pavement FF. Thanks for being so real/honest with your progress & challenges✅. Rip shit or bust 😂😂😂.

  7. I use an ultrasonic rodent deterrent device that plugs into an outdoor PowerPoint…seems to be working well!

  8. Everytime I watch your videos I can't wait to get into the garden. So inspiring.

  9. Goals are always ambitious. Break them into smaller more achievable actions and you will achieve it and feel better along the way.
My Panama passion fruit now in its 2nd year is flowering now and I even have five fruit showing. I have never seen passion fruit this big, they are truly enormous!!! 🎉🎉🎉

  10. I tried those solar ultrasonic rodent deterrent devices and put dog fur around the garden because I read it works. Seems to do the trick so far. I had something digging up my sweet potatoes and sugar cane propagating in pots. Got so upset 😅. So excited for your next live stream…I have a small backyard so growing most fruit trees in pots and same with you I’m all for diversity!! I grew up with lots of fruit trees in our yard so it brings back memories growing things that we had from childhood ☺️
