Still working on my next DIY project so I thought we’d go sifting through some new thrift stores! This is as close as I can get to garage sales/flea markets in Japan so I treasure them so much! It’s also time to get working on our garden again, and Poki got his surgery to remove his big ol’ bump. The biopsy was totally fine, like the previous ones. Most likely it was from allergies. We enjoyed our one day of quiet Poki post-operation before he returned to air raid siren mode.

Thrift stores, gardening, and cats–this is a pretty accurate representation of about 90% of our lives. I'm in the middle of a new DIY project for our cats, but I am also being summoned to our garden with excellent weather so next video may end up being more plants!

Heck yeah your vet is cheaper than America. A Persian appeared in my front yard one day. She was all filthy and had one cloudy eye. I decided to keep her and took her to the vet. I have taken her for 3 visits and each visit has cost me around $500. All they did was give her a contrast for the eye to check it and prescribe 2 different eye drops. 😑 And last visit I found out she was pregnant. That I'm happy about.
Building miniatures is quite a bustling hobby nowadays, there’s a lot of great resources and tools out there. After my mom saw miniature Christmas market booths in Germany (think a booth filled with tiny cookies and nutcrackers and ornaments) she really wanted one but they were crazy expensive. My dad tried his hand at making one and really enjoyed it, made a bunch for people. Woodworking but tiny!
Hearing Jun talk about wanting a doll house just solidifies that fact I’m going to get my son a doll house for his birthday ❤

What were Poki's pathology results on the mass?
Rachel always make me die laughing with her Poki descriptions…air raid siren 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and that one video where she literally lowered the decibels of Poki's meow-yelling to preserve our hearing.
Rachel should totally collab with a cat furniture company, she has so many great ideas as an experienced cat owner!
