    Awesome Monday afternoon viewing……
    Roothy, here in South Africa we call that 'casserole' a potjie, pretty much do it every weekend.
    You just toss whatever meat and veg you got, and stick it on the fire, with some rice and bread on the side.
    We even make a seafood one.

    What a shame, Roothy appears in a lot of these videos with Milo but if you go to his channel, his love of or sponsorship with Mahindra seems to have curbed his offroad driving. With Milo he was unstoppable but with Mahindra he has been stopped.
