Yes trout lilly adder tongue we ate some but not alot….eat Them before they uncurl or they are too bitter get to know them …im starting a play list of mini videos for trout lilly or adder tongue
We ate them like bean sprouts… check out my cook clean adder tongue video i cook them up after identifying them …mini videos for different stages of development going to go into a play list

Dry chaga i just dry it in a cool dry space or beside the fire…break it up with an ax…great tip to freze it
Yes i like to harvest bits for different seasons i feel it has different nutrition for that season but thats my feelings…i cook in a slow cooker on warm for few days its good that way…
Test for allergies but my dr told me that chaga balances your immune system so it should calm allergies down…for my season point collect a bit of chaga when your seasonal allergies act up test to see little bits at a time
Yeast infections can cause alcohol issues in your digestive tract i believe so these mushrooms could effect you…dizzy trip i hear?? Wont hurt you but don't drive etc…cant wait to get to know you all better

We are going to organize in playlist for separate plants or families we have started but it busy filming time so having hard time having time for everything
