Easiest Make Ahead Salad
This is such an easy dressing to throw together. It is inspired by a salad that my brother-in-law and I became obsessed with after having it at a farm to table restaurant in the south of France. Hope you enjoy this version!
No measuring. I just add:
A spoonful of confit onion (onion jam)
A pinch of salt
Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
EVOO
Balsamic vinegar
Mix dressing in a bowl (taste test and adjust, if needed), top with greens, and add any other toppings. I added some fried onions, croutons, and violas for a pop of color! Wait to toss until right before serving.
