I was able to do a little yard work the last few days. Even with extreme limitations, I enjoy doing something. Also, my understanding is NE Missouri now has hummingbirds. 2 hours north of St. Louis. I personally have not seen them on my feeders yet, I put out 4 fresh feeders yesterday. I remain very hopeful.😊

Good evening Robbie…very educational video. I'm surprised at those unaware of Turmeric's anti-inflammatory qualities. I also use turmeric powder in my rice dishes. Never eaten it raw or planted it though. I wanted to query you about the depth of compost/soil required in the totes for your zucchini's roots….Do their roots go deep?? I know they grow massive. I have each in clear cups w/a piece of egg carton…you can see the roots very well.
This is my 1st time tote gardening & I'll be setting up one as a gift for a couple that NEVER allows me to pay them for all the help they provide me. They won't even donate it to their church…they will barter produce with me though.(: Her favorite is the Buttercup Squash. I've actually been growing 3 plants from the one she bartered with me last season. I need to have your expertise so I can hand her a plant that she didn't have to buy. I doubt it will stay in the tote…they already think my vertical way of growing is weird. That's okay though…they're still the best neighbors! <3, ~ Covah
