Most of the pose-ability and kitbash potential for new models is not the big issue most people say it is. The problem comes with stuff like the new Ork Boy kit that doesn’t let you customize what kind of weapon they have. That is a problem.

When I kitbash i start by chopping off the arms and head theem go from their and see if I want to cut more parts away or just make new arms
