I forsee a problem with drainage and ponding. But if the prices aren't sealed between them, then it might not turn up as an issue. If not ponding may lead to soiling and then mold/moss which can be slip hazards
Sadly, concrete isn’t green, at all. Look up how much concrete pouring contributes to green house gas emissions. I understand why people would use this material, but for gardening? Why not use wood?
