Concrete And Steel Structure House Design Blend Together With The Beautiful Garden

The most striking feature of this project is the perception between interior and exterior. The beautiful garden permeates the house and indoor and outdoor environments blend together. The living room turns into a large ventilated porch.

The house has 4 suites on the ground floor and 3 suites on the upper floor, including the master suite. The roof of the room allows an opening where you can see the sunset through an uncovered deck.

The structure of the house is mixed – concrete and steel. The iron stone appears as an external and internal coating. Composite aluminum eaves control sunlight, especially in summer.

On the lower floor, there are: caretaker’s house with 2 suites, external toilet, bicycle rack and technical area. The house also has a garage for 5 cars, 3 guest spaces, sauna, dressing room, home theater and office.

The implantation of the house on the sloped land naturally creates a quiet and private area as anyone passing by on the street cannot see the leisure areas and pool.

The garden mainly receives the morning sun, which casts a shadow from the trees in the leisure area. At dusk, lighting transforms the perception of architecture and the house is experienced in a different way.
