That free space would be good for a big theme park for tourism and income

I feel like the zoning adjustment mod could be useful in this city.
By the way the monorail for the harbor simply doesnt work its a glitch in the game, whenever u place a stop before it the monorail train despawns.
Move all your industrial buildings next to that airport as itโs really close so shipments take less time to get to the airport if you add industry there

Me putting up the transport for the airport:
– 4 Lane Highways North/South And West/East
– Busses, Taxis, Metro, Monorail, Train, Tram, Ferry with its own canal, biking & walking lanes, making biffa and drakken proud with my traffic layout.
At least thats the overkill plan
When you were trying to figure out what to put in the small area that you first suggested the basketball arena into, I was thinking that a prison might have fit in there, depending on the area of effect any negative impacts have.
Also, do you have any fire watch towers placed? They might help with preventing the fires.
I think a tourist area by the airport and harbour. Hotels, Theme park, Stadium. There is the inner-city bis right there to bring people…maybe even a space elevator eventually
I think all the city needs to be perfect at this point is a fire station every block or so
That area by the airport could be perfect for an amusement park, lots of space for rides and attractions, and super easy for tourists to get to
4:40 Having residential along such a busy and large road is usually not a good idea. You'll get a stroad effect that tends to go bad. I would put a sidewalk along the big roads to help frame the area and, for any areas that are empty, put a few more trees and small parks to help drown out any unwanted traffic noise.
Hotels near the airport, & parking (mass parking)!!
& better fire support for your entire city!!!

If you have enough of all the fires just deinstall the natural disasters dlc, because it causes trees to randomly catch on fire ๐ฅ
Since Kibitz isn't torturing the citizens, they decided to do that themselves. With fire.

For the airport make it a tourist destination with hotels shops tourist stuff Mabey I sight-seeing bus starts here and etc.
โLoves natureโโฆ seems like the perfect place for a Nature Preserve park imo.
And, nature includes animals, also a zoo nearby could be neat!h
Also, to make heating easier, he should use the pipes with heat, and use โno electricity for heatโ. To lessen pollution, use the Geothermal Heating Plant, and for power, combine offshore wind turbines with geothermal power. Offshore turbines move the noise away. Geothermal makes no pollution! Now, pollution is just from industry, making it a nicer city!
I think the harbour with the monorail isnโt working and thatโs why the monorails are disappearing. Had the same problem and couldnโt fix it (PS edition)
For the area next to the the airport, it should be either replaced with industries or an amusement park for the tourists. And the DOWNTOWN, we've been waiting for it! Make it a posch beach front area with villas and all, make it RICH baby!
Why not use the self sufficient buildings in that residential area you wanted to be green? Much less gray roofs.
You should put warehouses by the airport
Add a MEGA Hotel at the airport (if there is a mod for it)

This city really needs a nice, big military base, to keep an iron grip on those pesky, rebellious wage sla- I mean to protect all those valued, hard-working citizens from no-good criminals, yes. ๐ =^x^=
