I’m finally getting to plant the cottage garden. Planting a cottage garden is easy as there are really no rules. Well maybe a couple but I’ll get to those in the video.

Using compost as mulch? I believe you said compost can be used to mulch. I have a pile of nice compost and for various reasons, I would like to use it to mulch my plants, particularly my veggies. Is this a good option, and if so, is there anything I need to watch for if I go this way? Hey, the place is really taking shape!
I love cottage gardens! I was looking at some on Pinterest. How gorgeous they are. Yours is going to look beautiful when everything's grown. Very jealous. Wish I could do that. I do have a garden. Guess your situation and ours ie tropical eg Zone 10 + are synergistic.This year very high temperature.Live in Bangladesh. Waiting for Winter . Very pleasant and season for Perennials, Tomatoes and etc. Bye. Zaki
