  1. Do you think the lower branches on the tree collard is it's own way of supporting itself in case of wind? Plants do have their own innate intelligence, it's amazing! Beautiful happy tree!

  2. Guten Morgen, du hast Paradise in deinem Garten!

  3. Wow, sooo tall plants from the containers~ awesome~👍
Thank you for sharing this video~🤗

  4. I live in Central Nebraska and I have been gardening in cattle mineral tubs for years now. I get them for free from our recycling center. My biggest challenge is keeping perennials alive through our cold winters. I plant most of them in the ground but I have heavy clay soil and it takes a lot of amendments to make it usable. I have been experimenting with bunching the tubs together to be able to over winter some of my more cold hardy perennials. Gardening season is just getting under way for me.

  5. Hi Robbie! I love your excitement in this video and the video. ❤😊❤😊
I watched one of your videos from 5 years ago. Your granddaughter was in it, and y'all were discussing her going to get a plate removed from her leg. I hope everything went well and she is so adorable. I hope your grandsons asthma is better also. My grandson had it bad when he was little, but he is 22 now, and it hardly bothers him. 😊❤❤😊

  6. Hi Robbie and Gary ❤! I absolutely love how you use whatever you can find to grow plants! We do that as well! The plants love to grow in totes! Thanks for another great lesson ❤❤❤! God bless you both ❤❤❤!

  7. Thank you for these amazing videos. I believe your trees that you grow in there. I wanted to experiment with a dwarf lemon tree. I would have to bring it inside for winter because our winters are rough was going to plan it on my debt so I could just drag it in my sun room. Thank you again for all your wonderful planting ideas. Happy gardening to you!

  8. Good morning Robbie and Gary, I discovered your channel. You two have allot of great tips, everything it's so fascinating. I just love the hummingbird birds, they started coming around here in VA. Your little Kitty so so, so Cute, she's a doll. Happy gardening. Blessings from VA 🙏💜

  9. I’ve never tasted collards ever but am aiming to get me some happening in future. They sure look so tasty & healthy! I’m betting they might have a similar taste to broccoli/cabbage or kale leaves which l do grow to eat. 🥦

  10. @Robbie and Gary Gardening Easy hi Robbie, Gary, the other day I saw you with onion starter plants and onion sets.I looked at the onion starter plants and I couldn’t believe how much more expensive they were to buy here in uk. You mentioned you thought some of the previous years onion sets had failed. Here is what I do – i put my onion sets into a shallow tray – no need for holes (usually a brown mushroom tray)with some damp coir ( or compost but coir is cheap and you can moisten just what you need) in a couple of days check the sets and you will see they have started to grow roots. Those that don’t I leave a little longer. It soon becomes clear which are good. Thus you don’t waste room on duds hope that’s helpful to everyone. Take care

  11. I have 14 raised beds that during the summer time here in Florida I grow nothing but cover crops in. It's just so dang hot that I don't even wanna be outside. We tried to grow hydroponic and was gonna build a grow tower but I couldn't get past getting the seedlings to germinate in rock wool. So I'm going to block off a small section near my back door where it gets sun but not to much and see if I can keep a continuous harvest of leafy greens and such going thru the summer in some totes. I'm gonna fill them up the way you do with all yard waste on the bottom and then a little soil on the top. I'm actually pretty excited for it lol.

  12. Tree collars, being perennials, pull up all sorts of minerals – so good. 🙂

Good job, share your process in full detail.
Gardeners want to know, and grow. 🙂

  13. Robbie, I love you!!! Which shredded paper is safe to start a container compost or to place under soil to start planting….I'm new!!!!
