  1. Isn't that the whole idea about van life, is doing exactly what you wantna do if you wanna live homeless looking like a bum on the floor of your Van that's great if you want to make it comfortable and a little bit class thats great, what I do has nothing to do with you. Everything is not about the trend..

  2. Hi everyone 👋👋 I finally decided to buy a van after 6 months of wanting to try the vanlife😁 🚐. To anyone thinking of doing the same I just want to say that you can do it! and you should definitely try it. I'm uploading the conversion on my channel, Itll mean a lot if you could check it out. 😄 Thank you for your time

  3. I feel like van life is totally still magical. The more decked out it is the more sustainable the lifestyle can be. I feel like van life isn't about the van itself but about the journey you're able to take and the people you meet along the way.

  4. I've got an even better new trend. First you take the wheels off the van and put it on blocks, plumbing all your utility supplies like gas, water and electric into what people like to call 'the mains'. Then cut off the back door of your van, the passenger door(s) and the driver door. And remove the front of the van completely, careful not to spill any oil from the engine. Then remove the roof. Now replace everything – except the roof – with bricks, adding some glass in square 'frames; if you like, just for natural light. Expand the footprint of your 'Brick Space' to include extra 'rooms' too if you like – and don't forget a roof, timber or tiles can be good! To feel more secure, as well as for convenience, you can have gaps that are covered by removable wood too. Amazingly, you can find tonnes of these things called 'doors' available online that fit just perfectly.

Final steps? Fill your 'Brickbox' with as much stuffable stuff as you can possibly stuff into all the stuffable areas, find someone you can barely tolerate to move in with you, and spend the rest of your life wishing you weren't weighed down by an Eiffel Tower-sized pile of unnecessary shit.
    Truly truly beeyoo-tiful.

And remember – I invented it!

  5. Peple need to stop blamig others for their limitations if people want to glorify life va' et them and do stuff your way no one is stoping you its not like you are gonna start paying taxes to live nomadic

  6. Why do you feel you have to follow a trend? If you still enjoy it, go! This world is sad regarding how many people can't have an opinion of their own.

  7. How's do/did you secure your bike to the top of van keep it safe from theft? Esp when parking/sleeping in big urban areas? I sleep with my bike in the van next to me, but I wish I could find a way to secure it on the outside to give me more room. Any ideas…. Anyone??

  8. I think a lot of vanlike started 1) as a result of CV-19 and lockdowns. In the US, you could leave the house to exercise, i.e., walk, jog, and bicycle as long as they maintain distance. People grew tired of being homebound. 2) Many people lost their livelihood, and rather than being on the streets, they lived in their vehicles.
Now that it's over, many are going back to brick and mortar living via yt revenue.
