It’s so awesome to just walk in your own herb and vegetable garden backyard, to pick incredibly fresh and delicious herbs and vegetables for your authentic, home Thai cooking. Some of the fresh Thai herbs and vegetables include Thai chili, Thai basil (Holy Basil – called kra pao or krapow), Thai eggplant, pumpkin, banana, mango and more…….
We are here in the Isan (Northeast) region in Korat, Thailand. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are used in his Thai organic herb and vegetable garden backyard. His organic herb and vegetable garden backyard is enriched with mostly cow manure and compost.
Of course, no Thai home is complete without a hammock in the backyard 😎. Unwind and relax outside on a breezy day.

Sooo good I love it! I'd love to see more thai herbs. I find it very interesting to learn all these plant names and their benefits are and what you eat it with. So good. Also I really like that long bean that help with cancer treatment healing etc sooo cool learning about these medicinal herbs and plants too! Thanks for sharing:)
