You should have sold that sod on Facebook marketplace or eBay Del. 20 years ago I did that when I was working on our garden and make some money on it . I did have to deliver it in my estate to the buyer and the car did stink for a while I have to say.

Hey binky, I love all your vids, just a quick question, Do you need to get permission to do this on new builds? I was told nothing can be done for 5 years unless repairs. I'm looking at buying new build so didn't know if this is true or do you need special agreed permission. Thank you

That delivery was scary. They did a good job of getting the skip in. The time lapse made it look so easy. We were waiting for the one guy to fall of that small ramp. You got a lot done in 2 days. Can’t wait to see it finished.
