  1. That retaining wall along the sidewalk would look so beautiful with cascading plants like Supertunias, verbena, sweet potato vine.

  2. Hi Linda: I’m from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. We have Saskatoon berries which I recently found out are also called service berries outside of Canada. They are delicious and make great pies and jam. Enjoy!! Love your videos

  3. I think “whirling butterflies” is a specific variety of Gaura. I have heard Guara commonly called “wand flower” which seems to fit🙂

    Garden looks so good!

  4. thanks for the tip about the succulants and transplanting cuttings went out and already did some of it and the tip about veronica and it transplanting easily from cuttings I will try that also. Enjoy your youtube videos watch all of them faithfully and learn so much you have made gardening even more enjoyable with all your inspiration and tips thanks so much

  5. I learned about propagation from you! What do you think about the folks who come to garden centers and sneak a stem or two off of plants–without buying them–in order to propagate for free? Can you tell me the name of the color and paint that you used for your window box???

  6. I love using dusty miller in floral arrangements. And they do root so you can spread them around in pots or in the ground. Everything is looking beautiful! I need to get outside and prune my boxwoods!

  7. I usually remember plant names by their “common” names, except for Gaura for some strange reason. I bought a plant at the end of the season last year. It didn’t winter over for me. I live in New Hampshire so that may be my problem or it just didn’t get to grow roots because it was just too late. I would like more Gaura because it is so whimsical!

  8. I loved Family Circus too. I will head upstairs to get something, and by the time I get up there I’ve forgotten what I went up there for. Beautiful garden!

  9. Hi Linda! Your garden us looking spectacular and I can't wait to see it in all its glory!!!! I was wondering if you ever thought about changing the color of your front door to make it pop? Just a thought… may look better may not!

  10. Love following this journey, thanks for all the inspiration!
But most importantly, when are your baskets going to be back in stock??

  11. I use the botanical name if I know it. Otherwise, I use the common name. Just spent the weekend with my best friend whose garden is amazing. Showed her the Fairy Tail house and garden and the new cottage garden. She loved both. I think she will become a new subscriber. 😊
