Hi friends!
Now that we are heading into summer, it’s time to refresh the containers and plant some seeds. Direct sowing now will make sure I have some sort of harvest for August. In the case of some flowers and greens, I might even see harvests in July. Unfortunately I am awful at sticking to schedules when it comes to succession sowing so now I’m panic-sowing my garden! Haha.
I have quite a few more containers to get through so this will be episode 1 of this mini series of videos.
Today we planted:
1. Zucchini and white sweet alyssum in the large green container
2. Teddybear sunflowers and pinkeye purple hull cowpeas in the white container
2. Cucumber (bush type) and purple alyssum in the white/blue ombre container
