  1. OH YES, HI ROBBIE. I'M STILL HERE LEARNING AND IT'S SINKING IN. GREAT TEACHER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. LOVE YOU ROBBIE. ❀

  2. I used to grow tons of tomatoes when I had a big backyard & I am today-years-old when I learned you can take a tomato cutting to start a new tomato plant! Had I known I would not have bought so many plants back then lol. Thank you Robbie for another wonderful video!
    πŸ…πŸŒ±β€οΈ

  3. I tried to do cuttings from my tomato plants years ago & failed epically. These couple of videos have given me the confidence to try again. Thank you!

  4. I was clipping and accidentally cut off a sucker (I keep suckers on. Don't @ me. Lol), so I dropped it in my sweet potato slip jar and it has many roots after a week. I will plant it tomorrow while it is still cool outside

  5. Thank you Robbie. I have learned a great amount from you. You never ask for money. You just give.❀️

  6. Depending on the size, I either put the cutting in water or directly into soil.
    Great video RobbieπŸŒ±πŸ‘πŸ½

  7. I did the first part last week. After 5 days in water there isn't even a hint of a root forming. Wondering what I might have done wrong. 😒

  8. Thanks again for these very informative videos. Still a green thumb here, so now maybe a video of the good/bad bugs. And why my leaves have black dots. 😳

  9. Hi Robbie. Yes $5.00 is a lot for a tomato πŸ… plant. But now you made it so easy to make more… Thank you for sharing your video πŸŒ±πŸ…πŸ˜

  10. Fantastic tips ! Especially about the plant, adjusting to the soil ! I wouldn't have thought about it that way, thank you, !! Lol . I'll remember that with my other cuttings

  11. I like to fill my cups with soil and put the cups in a tray of water, the I just put the suckers down in the soil they πŸ˜… root and start growing in the soil. Skips the part where you root in a jar. I’ve been doing this for years it works great. By the end of the season I have hundreds of tomato plants. And a always start my plants from seeds.

  12. Good afternoon Robbie,
This question is not related to your today topic. I have purchased a rain barrel from a coffee distributor. It has liquid coffee residue along with vanilla extract flavoring. Can I use the barrel to collect rain water for my garden considering the residual coffee/vanilla liquid which still remains? Thank you fir your time in this matter!

  13. I try many times to grow tomatoes like you do. Somehow, it's never turned out right. I'm not giving up. I want to grow roses from cutting. I wish I could do both. Thanks for the tip.

  14. Mine rot cuz I left it too long, it has roots but I neglected them πŸ˜”πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I was so tired after the day babysitting and it’s dark so I can’t even transplant them. I will do it again thanks Robbie πŸ‘β™₯οΈπŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎπŸ˜Š

  15. I use scissors to trim the bottom edge on two sides of solo cups instead of round holes. 😊
Thank you for sharing how to start new plants from suckers! I had germination issues at the beginning. So now I’m making more πŸ‘

  16. Thanks Robbie I’m re-watching this again so I could watch you step-by-step take the cutting, because I am going to try this out 😁but also to let you know that I was in the garden center the other day with a whole new way of thinking🀩, of course I thought of you when I was looking for watermelon starters that had more than one, I saw one that had 2, I grabbed that one but when I got home and took it apart there was actually 5! πŸ’“So I got 5 sugar baby watermelon plants off of one for $4.99! Excited to see how it goes! Thanks again!!
