Finishing Konnor’s Bedroom Paint Job | Purging our Carport | Elizabeth’s DIY Home & Garden

Welcome, welcome! Thank you for being here! Welcome back to our series DIY’ing our old home at the farm!!! (It even has it’s own playlist now!) So welcome back to the farm, ya’ll!! In this video I use hem tape to “hem” the dining room curtains, we swap out the curtain rod in the dining room, I add new organizers to the kitchen cabinet to make sure better use of space and I had a real issue with the curtains, I explain! I finally spray paint the drawer pulls for the kitchen dresser we’re using as a buffet and they turn out fabulous! My husband and I spontaneously tackled organizing and purging more junk from our carport during a rain storm! We setup his new grill area and boy did it come a real down pour, cute kittens included, of course! We use the Old English on a few other things around the kitchen AND, oh my goodness, I finally touched up the white paint on the kitchen cabinets around the new and old knobs. I also finally got around to finishing painting Konnor’s baseboards and ceiling trim to wrap up his room! We attempt to switch out his fan but had major issues, we revisit that later.

xoxo Elizabeth

  1. What a difference a day makes! Great job. Coming right along. Have a fabulous rest of your week. Love ya

  2. Everything came out beautiful! I love the gold handles, and the bread box. One thing I hate about that old English is it drips and it’s oily, but it does do a great job. Liquid gold is really good also, not the spray polish the liquid. 😊 you did everything quick. I can’t wait to see the finished product. Have a blessed week.
