It’s sad to see the original Pink Princess leaf sacrificing its mobile nutrients but it’s necessary to allow the new growth to occur. Hope someday the vine will be strong enough to produce leaves as big as this. 2️⃣ I hope these new leaves sort themselves out.

“Proper care” is a fluid concept. If you take the traditional approach, you’ll look at this and wonder what’s wrong. If you understand how plants work and try your best, then you can let Nature take its course. I know my plant will be fine. I can thank this leaf for sprouting the current new vine (it was a cutting) and for its contributions to photosynthesis.
