  1. Wow! I must say I think that big root did you a great favor! It looks absolutely amazing like that and you can see so much more of each plant when they are viewed in levels and not on a flat spot. 👏😍🙌 Well done Paul! Love from Sweden, Martina 😊

  2. i cant really see if you put much soil against the existing tree, if so i would remove some. trees cant stand more soil against the bark than the original heigth it was planted. the bark can rot in a matter of years.

besides that i love the build

  3. Not one good/clear shot of the pond/flower bed. And from what I can see the pond part can hardly be seen, it's very hidden by all the plants….smh

  4. First vid of yours I've seen, turned out so much better than I thought an aboveground pond could look..😊 free 99 is my favourite price, Ima be stealing that one😁😉from the build up of the logs and the stone cap, to the stellar plant growth, it looks fantastic 👌 👏👏👏

  5. Awesome!! I have two ponds. One in a whiskey barrel and another surrounded by retaining wall bricks. I have fish in just one but I think I’ll put fish in the other one. Really enjoy them.

  6. damn this pond is beautiful and you made it look EASY!!! But we all know how much dedication and work that takes. Keep up the great work!

  7. Few questions…What zone are you in? How do you know what's native? I like that you could call off species and common, botany is very confusing and I'm trying to learn varieties. Do you have a specific resource for finding data on native plants? The enthusiasm is off the charts and pleasant. Very uplifting and encouraging. Thank you!

  8. Amazing work! Gorgeous! You do inspire me to keep trying to upgrade my yard over here sourh of San Antonio. You always telling us what plants you are using helps give me ideas of what to look for. Thanks and keep up the great work!

  9. Nice 👍🏾 you dont have any concerns with people walking by throwing coins or trash etc being so close to the sidewalk?

  10. Hey man, that's so cool. WIld use of species! And hugulkultur mound on the sides. How did you irrigate the plants??

  11. Looks great. Might want to add some type of non chlorinated automatic top off? I would think its about 80 gallons of water after the substrate and plants. Might evaporate quickly. Have to keep an eye out if you have fish.
