    I enjoy both of you ( especially Ismi ) sorry Roger – she's so easy on the eyes! Just a little western humor. I like hearing your young perspective, especially the comparison between your country and western countries. Being the old dude that I am, I've taken the liberty of lecturing you.
    I'm a relatively new expat from So. California and reside in Vinsons Camarines Norte. Bicol. Definitely not my final destination but got my feet wet. I've learned the hard way that no expat should try and westernized the Philipines…not a good idea. Paul / Old Dog New Tricks from Dumaguete has helped so many of us
    mature and be realistic.
    I will make it a point to travel to meet both of you
    upon my return. Currently
    I'm back in the states on business. Between you and the fly on the wall – I can't wait to return.

    I'm a former law enforcement officer and falsely believed that the law is the law and that the system would be A Lot more effective. Not so.
    I've experienced the darker side of your society yet can't rely on the authorities to support a foreigner. I was advised to keep a low profile and not make waves
    but there are matters that can't be avoided. It seems that public servants like Mr. Tulfo is one of the few officials with integrity. Can't speak out freely about the Philippine's infra structure or politics without being blacklisted, jailed then deported.

    I've caused soon many people to have NOSE BLEEDS I'm starting to feel like a sadist! Again – western humor! I hope to be a adopted Tito to you two. You two are humble, honest with integrity and I WANT to ease your journey.
