Looking good, Kim! Yes, you need to pick both your squash and cucumbers earlier. The bigger they are, the tougher that outer skin is and it does affect taste.

Tip: when you are planting a delicate plant in a container. Take the plant out of original container. Put container in the new pot, put the dirt all around it, pull the pot out. Then drop your plant in the perfect hole. Keep up the good work 🤗
