This is the SMALLEST Fixer Upper I’ve ever purchased, but it’s also one of the most challenging! It may be my first FLOP since 2018! I've done 45 deals over the past 18 months and I am looking to level up and buy multi units but try to design them more like a townhouse feel with higher end finishes. I believe an excellent design and floor plan will be the #1 & #2 key things to commanding top dollar. Would love to chat!

Which is better sod or grow from seeds? My lawn is fully dead.
I planted Dutch clover in the holes where I pulled weeds. It is now a mix of both grass and clover, and the bees love it!
