Our Story:
Converting an 1850’s farm into a modern homestead. We bought a beautiful but forgotten piece of property in 2022. We’re turning those neglected acres into our dream. We have tons of projects, but also make a point to just ensure the kids are having fun and enjoying life on the farm. We’re slowly growing with plans to add free-range chickens, yet to be determined livestock, improve our organic garden, and plant fruit and nut trees. We’ll also be improving our farm pond to raise some giant bass and teaching the kids to harvest wild game. Our goal is to raise our family without all the hustle and bustle while learning what the land can provide. We’ve made a lot of progress since 2022 but there are many more challenges to come. Follow along on our journey as we DIY, grow, harvest, fish, hunt, and just tackle everyday challenges.
