Hi friends! I’m Jennifer, a fifty-something wife and mother of 7 children ages 10 – 25. We are Catholic. We homeschool. We cook from scratch. We farm cranberries. We drink coffee. We advocate for Down syndrome awareness. We are loud. We are chaotic.

Here I’ll share vlogs about all these things, what I’m doing that works and what I’ve tried but didn’t work. I hope to encourage you in your journey through motherhood, homeschooling, learning to cook, and growing in your faith through it all.

  1. Jennifer I think Krogers is going to have Folgers coffee on sale starting on Wednesday 8/30.

  2. As always, for me, a pleasant and relaxing vlog. It is so fun watching the kiddos grow up, and now the little grandchildren.

  3. Have you seen, the happy caravan? Oh my goodness… family of 12 (going on 13) living in NYC because of music school(s) etc. I think they just moved there this year. Just for fun, in case you haven’t checked them out. I think everyone would love to trade places with folks for a day or two or a week… in the end, it’s intersting how we can live and grow and learn and…

  4. I don't really do much home decor. If I have a rug its functional and i just pick one I like. I just don't have time to think about that sort of thing 😂 My husband got one of those Blackstone things and it seems like a lot of work and I don't know what all the fuss is about. But I feel the same way about the instant pot and the air fryer 😂 guess I'm just not into gadgets.

  5. Your garden is wonderful! I almost drooled over those green beans. I love green beans, new potatoes and a little bacon together. yum.. Thanks for a lovely vlog, Jennifer..

  6. Put moth balls in a milk jug. Fill up half way with water cut some hole in the top. Set several around the garden. Takes care of my deer

  7. Yes Jennifer you should def put some floating shelves behind the washer and dryer .
I do the same with my shirts and dresses they will last longer without drying in the dryer .

  8. Jennifer you really are amazing all you do for your Family and Warren also I love watching your Children getting so big through all the years I have been watching your Channel God bless you all 🙏🏻✝️☮️📿🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️🌹🌺💙💕🍀💚💜💐🇺🇸🇺🇸

  9. Jennifer, I always enjoy your channel and content!
Another channel that I enjoy is Moss Family TV. That couple uses their Blackstone often and for various meals. I thought you might watch some of their videos for inspiration.
Thank you for sharing your sweet family🌸

  10. Hi Jennifer, it seems like you’ve mentioned that Warren has done some of the woodworking in your home. it’s beautiful! Could you take us around and show us what he’s done sometime? We get glimpses here and there, like in the laundry room and such and it would be neat to hear what he has done. My dad was a woodworker as a hobby so I really enjoy seeing what others have done. I’m guessing this would be of interest to other viewers too. 🙂

  11. My neighbor has the fanciest laundry room ever: hardwood floor, toile wall paper, artwork, and a crystal chandelier! She says she spends a lot of time in there so she wanted to enjoy it 🙂 Love your plans and the refresh incentive. When I do decorate I always say, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" lol <3

  13. I've been watching your old shows again (love seeing the kids when they were little). This last one I watched, you were making bread and describing how to tell when the water/milk was the right temperature for the yeast. I've made bread for 40 years and I always tell people (when they ask about liquid temperature) to aim for "baby bottle" warm…..nothing hotter than you would feed a baby………simple to remember.

  14. Be careful of just leaving your washer running. Your machine's water hose can break and flood your home. It happens. 😢

  15. I am right there with you on the home decor. We’ve been in our home 25 years and I still don’t have pictures on the walls. I’ve decided my style is less is more! Have a great week!

  16. Jennifer you could try the rugs made from recycled plastic you can take them out and hose down . I have one that’s about 5 by 6 in my laundry 🧺 area . They are very inexpensive and don’t have to worry about them getting wet, mine are blue and just makes the space happier. Sometimes they are called indoor outdoor rugs . Got mine at Kroger. I Hang everything as it comes out of the dryer . Your green beans are beautiful ! Chicken looks delicious 🤤

  17. I really like the rug you bought for your laundry room and I think the shelf would really look nice. Enjoyed your video as always.

  18. Hi Jennifer I've been a subscriber for 2+years & enjoy watching cooking & shopping. My husband & I are looking for an outdoor jacuzzi & remember seeing yours on your back patio. Do you know the brand name? Thanks so much. Daphne in San Antonio Tx🌼🌺🏵Also I'm ordering your 1st cookbook is the chicken casserole you made today in it? God Bless

  19. I love home decor – just enjoy making our home cozy. A lamp in your laundry room (if Warren builds your shelves) would be fun. Love the new rug.

  20. Jennifer, just an FYI I work for Fred Meyer which is a Kroger company and the have Folgers on sale this week for 6.99 which her in Washington State is a great price.

  21. I agree with you. It seems like clothes now-a-days shrink very easily. I find myself hang drying more and more clothes. Even Spider-Man t-shirts for my son shrunk and also the image cracked in the dryer. With the cost of clothing going up, it’s worth it to me to take the time to hang them than repurchase.

  22. Jennifer, this week 8/30-9/5 Kroger/ Pick and Save has your coffee for 8.99 with weekly digital coupon. And butter is 1.99 a pound (Kroger brand). I hope this helps! ~Angel

  23. I’m not sure about actually picking a watermelon from the garden, but when choosing one from the store I’ve heard to look for the buttery yellow spot and also a brown belly button rather than green
