  1. Hi Laura and Aaron….I hope you guys don't regret planting the Explanation Plane tree. It reminded me of our (Zone 8b-Austin, Tx) Cottonwood tree. Both are beautiful, have majestic forms and the leaves make such a peaceful noise in the breeze. When the leaves fall, yikes what a mess! BUT, they do add a great component of compost! Thanks for all you do!
Side note- I'm a new intern for the Williamson county Master Gardener program and several of us watch you every day! We stand around and talk about your projects 🥰.

  2. I love to see Aaron helping you, Laura. I love your videos. You work very well together. Love you, Cathy

  3. Oh Laura, Benjamin is the star of the show today! ❤ Look at that leadership skill! Just like his momma ✅ Have you ever heard of the book: “Cool Flowers: How to Grow and Enjoy Long-Blooming Hardy Annual Flowers Using Cool Weather Techniques” by Lisa Mason Ziegler? It’s not the same as winter sowing. You might be interested in this process.

  4. Hope you can help. Have not found suitable answer anywhere. I planted Nigella & Nicotiana seeds in a large pot filled with new Coast of Maine potting soil. Labeled them & what grew were large zinnia plants with small unattractive flowers. I did not have any Zinnia seeds to have made the mistake. Thanks.

  5. I see alot of leaf clean up in your future! LOL….and maybe some great piles for kids to jump into.

  6. I wish that I would have started with you because even though your gardens are so gorgeous, I feel so lost because I don’t know where to start…everything is just so beautiful~!

  7. I’m not complaining but I feel like I’ve watched this video already a couple of weeks ago. Gotta be honest I would watch it again anyway😀💜

  8. Are you worried about the zinnia flopping over once they grow? All of my zinnia went leggy and flopping this way and that way this year

  9. Hola Laura familia felicidades por tu jardín tan bonito y felicidades con el trabajo de tu bebé que te a lluda trabajar felicidades

  10. It was cute that Aaron was a little embarrassed to say that lil mantra, but it’s a good way for us young gardeners to remember things like that. Love you guys and the knowledge you so generously share!

  11. I think this is a rerun. I remember watching this video some time ago. Oh! This is not garden answer. I get it.
