  1. Kaci, good luck😊, I too am over ambitious, but it’s the dreaming that’s 1/2 the fun! And we all forge forward slowly, because knitting is a slow art. I too one day would like to make a Natasha Hornby mosaic shawl, not there yet though, I think I will join the Elena knot along with eweknit Toronto.,as I have that pattern in my library, which was free😊, so thanks for that, that will get me motivated!happy autumn 🍂

  2. I know you're excited about Rhinebeck and what sweaters you,ll be wearing. Keep in mind that NY afternoons can be warm and we have cool evenings. I enjoy all your podcast!

  3. Normally, I never use stitch markers for colorwork but I’m currently knitting the Misurina sweater and my tired little brain could not keep the the lace, cables and colorwork straight. Wow, the right tools make all the difference! I’m thinking I’m might just use stitch markers for everything. Thanks for the fall update. 🍁❤️🧶😊

  4. Enjoyed the podcast once again! From a fellow country girl, if you want to share more of your day to day life from the farm, I wouldn’t mind seeing more of the garden, how you process honey etc….. Just sharing some video inspo :).

  5. Knitting outside with the pups. So enjoyed today. Thank you. I miss the chickens. How are they?

  6. Girl, you always bring smiles. Same camp of big eyes and appetite for All the Things. 😂 might join you in that gorgeous sweater KAL. Hope to see you and Becky at W&F or Rhinebeck. It’s a BLAST

  7. You live in Arkansas. You can stretch these over to winter and nobody will notice or care, because fall temperatures don’t even happen until November.

  8. Lovely knitting goals! It was wonderful to hear you say The Gentle Knitter, it’s been so long since we’ve seen Nicole. I hope she is healing well. 🌸

  9. Love your fall knitting plans. I hope to knit a all color work sweater sweater

  10. Kaci, I love your fall lineup. The patterns and colorways are so perfect for you! Your podcast is causing me to get really focused about my fall and winter projects. Best of luck with your plans!!

  11. Ambitious! Beautiful choices. Steeking terrifies me. I have a project requiring steeking that I have avoided for multiple years. I am chicken.

  12. Hi, if you want help with the color template for Yell, I'd be happy to help. I recolored everything in the graphics program, otherwise I would get lost in the gray instructions 🙂

  13. Hi Kaci! Please never stop making plans. I could watch you all day choosing patterns, yarns and colors. I looooooove it soooo much. Thank you for sharing.

  14. The Lunae shawl looks gorgeous, great choice! She had several beautiful shawls; thank you for mentioning that designer. Best of luck with all yor fall knitting plans.💜

  15. I love hearing you talk, the southern accent is so cute 😀
Me too, I really like the colors of the Yell cardigan with the light color background. It's a gorgeous autumnal color palette.
I'm just afraid that with fair isle knitting, the dark contrast color will show through the light main color..might have to do a swatch of that upper body color work to see if that will be a problem

  16. Wow you have some great plans for the fall. I bought Annemor from Susan Crawford. Alice Starmore's work looks too hard. So I will be making a similar one and probably changing the bottom pattern to something else. I am using local yarns with lots of neutrals and dark greens. Thanks for getting me excited about that project.

  17. I’m from TN but live in UT. I love watching your videos!! Feels like I’m back home ♥️♥️ I am the same with earthy color tones. They are just classic colors that will last a long time.

  18. Fantastic Fall knitting "plans!" Love your show and can't wait to see your progress! And know that we knitters, your people, never judge our right to change our plans!

  19. I love making plans too but sometimes do not stick at all so i get it ❤ i did many test knits and my plans got messed up looove the ideas kaci

  20. I bought the yarn for a yell cardigan with a lighter main colour. A year later and I still haven't cast on yet though…
