Harvesting the Fruits of Our Labor: Year Two in the Garden │ Permaculture Homestead Tour

Huge harvest from a garden that started being build 1.5 years ago! Now that the time and energy has been invested into setting up a no-till garden I should be reaping the rewards for years to come.

About Me (Evan):
I moved onto our century old family farm with the goal of turning the land back into a self-sustaining homestead using regenerative agriculture practices. I want to set up long term food systems that will provide my family with food security for the next 100 years.

  1. I’m a bit exhausted from watching all you have done. 😆. I built a trellis the other day that was Evan inspired. 😁. Looks like you are doing great up there.

  2. You have done a fabulous job getting your homestead going. All of your hard work is paying off.. I love it all. You are very blessed.

  3. WOW what a year you are having with your garden. You have done a great job this year. With all you have grown you should have a great canning season. I’m jealous. I was so proud of my tomatoes this year. I have canned 50 jars so far. I love it. Have fun canning or freezing. Keep us posted. So happy for you. 👍🇺🇸

  4. I watched a video of a wasp guy he used gorilla spray glue it stop them fast he was able to to remove a large nest..just cover food with tarp.

  5. Your garden and homestead are looking awesome! You've done so well in just a couple seasons! 🙂

  6. You shouldn't be advertising the food you got (1) people will come and steal it or ( 2) the government will come and take it. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate what you are doing 👍‼️

  7. Totally agree about the increased yields this year do to the flowers bringing in the pollinators! Just seems like the garden and orchard exploded this year. Nice to get the extra help picking and preserving from your mom! Your carrots are amazing – I'm jealous, LOL. Can't wait to see if the potatoes exploded as well. And I look forward to seeing the farm after the trees were cut. Thx 4 the tour.👍

  8. As an Irish follower…….more potatoes!!! 😀 Still gotta get a good chilli plantation going in your warmest greenhouse for your Mex food supply though! Keep kickin ass friend 👌
