The Moringa trees have done amazingly well once I planted them in-ground with the goat manure. They have developed a nice canopy and I think it’s time for harvesting the leaves. Winter is coming fast, so I’m wondering if I should go ahead and harvest all of the leaves now and cut the tree back to the stump for next year? Or should I just take some of the leaves and hope the rest don’t drop off with the cooler temperatures ?
