Kale isn’t only a super-food but it is a super 3 season crop. I can grow it all year long here in Maryland Zone 7. Topping it off in fall, brings tons of side growth. You will get delicious sweet leaves for your salads. The big leaves were great for the summer, now I want smaller sweeter leaves!
