I grew some fantastic Rossa Di Milano onions this year, I'm looking forward to collecting the seeds from them next year, and also planting some purchased seeds to keep an alternating cycle going 👍
Last year I accidentally left a couple onions in my garden over winter and they came back up in the spring and gave a 2’ tall beautiful plant with one large flower at the top, I put a mesh bag over the bloom to harvest the seeds. Free seeds forever!
