    They say you can leave potatoes in the tots and put them in a cool dark place and only dig them when you need them I'm going to try it this winter your garden is way ahead of mine we can't plant until march here in Oregon. I wanted to say that last year I went and ordered some RED (cheese wax) and put up a huge loof of cheese by cutting it into small pieces and dipping them into the wax. I put them into the fridge drawer with paper towels in the bottom of the drawer and over the top of them and they stayed good for 9 months with no mold. I just did the same thing again with some pepper cheese and some mozzarella and yellow cheese the cheese must be very cold before dipping three times. This is big for me so the cheese will last a very long time. Hugs and happy prepping.

    Everything looks great! I’m pickling jars filled with cucumbers, red & green peppers, cauliflower, carrots, green beans & onions. Whole apt smells like pickling spice & vinegar😅 Making Crisco candles tonight, and made a grocery prep run today – on a roll here in Nevada.

    I like the idea of using the tomatoe cages as a trullis. So I am going to put me up some squash in the cage this week!! I did not think it would hold, but the cucumbers will. Great idea!!

    Have yall noticed that not only the cans are dented but the contents are barely full .like i just opened a few cans of corn and it was mostly water half of the can was corn in each of the 6 cans .smh.
