  1. Yeah, put down the pruners and go to your local nursery and snap up some good sales. Today, I found some nice $5 hostas and phlox.

  2. I just ADORE you 😍, I was out in my yard earlier today videoing the landscape as you suggested and looking at the remaining lavender I need to cut back that’s laying on the ground until a yellow jacket chased me in the house , All was not lost as I distressed by watching this video that was tailored made for me, last night I listed all my plants in a notebook with the care they need and when to prune them, some I need to google, Thanks for being right on time with the information.
    Blessings 💜💜

  3. Dusty Miller will probably come back in the spring. I enjoy them all winter in the garden. I am in 5b and most of them come back in the spring.

  4. Hello from SE PA Zone 6B! I have a landscape garden I created over 20 years on more than an acre. So glad I found your channel – I subscribed immediately. Very practical advice and well presented. I'm ALWAYS learning!! Looking forward to watching all your videos!

  5. Laura does it again with a fabulous & informative video! Just the right info I needed to polish off what I need to do now and in the spring! Happy Fall to you!!! 💚💚💚

  6. Laura, about the "black spot product" from the recent video you talked about, I found the same brand same product BUT a different version, not 3 in one but only 2in 1, I found it in my local Lowes here in Hadley, MA, I think that version does not have the 'fertilizer" part. Now, I have a product to protect my flowers from black spot and powdery mildew which this Summer, with that much rain, transformed my garden Phlox and other flowers in an early Halloween decor (laughing but deep down, crying lol). Thanks for all your much appreciated videos!

  7. Hi Laura this was an excellent needed content. Appreciate all the helpful pruning reminders. Especially what not to prune. Just a question on my daylillies. Do I leave them alone or cut them back? Hope you can do more segments like these.

  8. My hydrangeas at the house we bought a year ago have black spot. Fortunately they are Endless Summers so they will have blooms on new wood next summer even if I trim branches with with the fungus. With trepidation, I will cut back infected branches. I need to do what I can to help these sick bushes.

  9. Very Informative video and I don’t even garden in your zone.😂 Love your detailed explanation, examples, dialogue and voice (not irritating at all). 😮 Keep up the great work and happy Autumn (gardening).

  10. Looking for to see your video to prune the evergreen. I have 2 big evergreens that are out of control and need to prune down hard. But i want to know how to prune them correctly
