It’s early fall in the vegetable garden. Our warm season veggies are still producing but the end is in sight. Tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, and bitter melon will slowly give way to cool season plants. I’ve started beets, carrots, and pak choi, and over the next couple months, the transition to cool season plants will be complete. In this video, I’ll show how I fertilize our fruiting vegetables, protect tomatoes from rats, harvest late season tomatoes, and grow cloned tomato plants.
