Alberta Urban Garden: Building Garden Soil, Protecting Grape Vines and Clover and Oxalis with Kaye

Today we go through organic soil maintenance starting with what to do with your winter mulch in the spring, how to restart thermal decomposition of your leaf and used coffee ground based compost and keeping your garden soil and beneficial organisms working.

Taking care of your grape vines is a really important thing to do over winter. So today we take a look at how I do it and some of the reasons why.
